Chris Fritsch has been working together with Clients to help them achieve their business and technology goals for more than 12 years. Her focus is on building relationships, exceeding Clients’ expectations, delivering value and providing superlative Client service.

As a Business Development Consultant, Chris has worked together with attorneys, accountants and business development and marketing professionals at hundreds of top firms. She helps Clients to successfully leverage relationships, increase revenue and grow their practices and their firms.

As a Business Development Technology and CRM Success consultant, Chris works together with top firms across the country to help them select and implement the right technology solutions to support their Business Development efforts and maximize their return on investment.

She writes and speaks nationally on topics including legal technology, client relationship management, business development, relationship intelligence, competitive intelligence, social media, web marketing and the use of technology to enhance profitability.

Previously, as a top salesperson for LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell, Chris managed a multi-million dollar book of business, frequently achieving double-digit revenue growth - by helping her Clients achieve their business and personal objectives.

Chris also managed, led and trained a team of talented new sales consultants to become the company's top performing sales team in less than a year by creating a training and coaching program focusing on understanding the Client's business and industry and providing exceptional Client service.

Chris’ passion for business development and technology began more than 10 years ago when she was the managing partner in a consulting company that provided technology solutions for attorneys. She also worked as a legal technologist at one of the nation’s top 50 law firms.

Chris received her law degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, GA, where she served as Managing Editor of the Emory International Law Review, as well as student and faculty technology consultant.

Before law school, Chris owned a catering company and a chain of restaurants. Through customer focus and Client service, she was able to grow the business over 500% in just 2 years.
